At Hola Hair Studio, we believe that mutual respect for time is the foundation of a great experience. We do our part by staying organized, prepared, and fully present for every appointment and we ask the same in return.
Our policies are not meant to punish, but to protect the flow of our day and the quality of your visit. Please take a moment to read how we manage scheduling, cancellations, and no-shows.
Our Promise to You
We are committed to:

Starting your appointment on time.

Having your stylist, tools, color, and station fully prepared.

Keeping our space clean, calm, and welcoming.

Never double-booking or rushing long services.
We believe that your time is valuable and so is ours.
Cancellations & Reschedules
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

You may cancel or reschedule directly through our booking system up to 48 hours in advance.

After that time, please reach out to us directly so we can assist you.
We understand that life happens. Most of our clients love coming in and only cancel when something truly comes up and we always try to be understanding and supportive.
No-Shows & Repeat Cancellations
We do not charge fees for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. However:

Clients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments (typically 3+ times per year) may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

In some cases, future bookings may be restricted or declined to protect our schedule.
We don’t take these decisions lightly they are made only when patterns begin to affect other clients and our ability to provide excellent service.
Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience you booked.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be modified or canceled at the discretion of your service provider.

If we are ever running behind by more than 30 minutes, we will contact you within an hour of your scheduled time to give you an update and options.
Payment & Cards on File

Payment is due at the end of your service.

Cards stored on file through our booking system (GlossGenius) are for your convenience at checkout only.

We do not charge cancellation or no-show fees to your card.
The only deposit we collect is for consultations. A $50 consultation fee is required at booking and is applied toward your future service.
Long Services & Color Appointments
Long services such as balayage, blonding, keratin, or color corrections take up a large portion of our day and are never double-booked.
Please take this into consideration when booking, and let us know as soon as possible if anything prevents you from attending we appreciate your care and respect for that time.
Emergencies & Illness
If you are sick, have a family emergency, or truly can’t make your appointment please let us know.
We trust our clients, and our goal is always to support you, not penalize you.
Rebooking After a Missed Appointment

If you cancel or no-show within the 48-hour window, you will need to contact us directly to rebook.

We’ll work with you to find the soonest available spot.
