Welcome to Hola Hair Studio. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and professionalism for both our clients and our team.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Hola Hair Studio and our in-house service providers.
They do not apply to treatments or classes provided by independent professionals who may sublease space within our studio (for example, an independent aesthetician or external instructor).

2. Payments

Payment for all services is due at the time of service. We currently accept [insert payment methods you allow: cash, card, Apple Pay, etc.].

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Our full cancellation and booking rules are outlined in our Cancellation & Booking Policy. By booking with us, you agree to follow those terms.

4. Refunds & Service Adjustments

We do not offer refunds on services.

  • Our team strives for perfection with every appointment.

  • If you are unsatisfied, we are happy to adjust any haircut or color service at no additional cost.

  • Adjustments must be scheduled on the same day as your original service, for the soonest availability.

  • Adjustments include shampoo and blowout, unless otherwise advised by your service provider.

 

5. Results Disclaimer

At Hola Hair Studio, communication is key. Every service begins with a detailed consultation to ensure that you and your stylist are aligned on the expected results. While we always aim to achieve your goals, individual results may vary based on hair condition, history, and other factors. By booking with us, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee identical results to reference photos or previous services.

6. Health & Allergies

Clients must inform their stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may impact services, especially regarding hair color or chemical treatments. Hola Hair Studio is not responsible for reactions if this information is not disclosed.

7. Photography & Media

We love to showcase our work. By booking an appointment, you consent to photos or videos of your hair being taken for training and marketing purposes, including use on our website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let your stylist know prior to your appointment.

 

8. Liability

Hola Hair Studio and its service providers are not responsible for:

  • Reactions, damage, or dissatisfaction resulting from withheld information (such as allergies, prior treatments, or at-home products).

  • Personal items lost or damaged on the premises.

  • Outcomes that differ from client expectations if those expectations were not realistically possible, despite consultation.

 

9. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to receive services.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
